Standard Advice in the Event of Severe Weather or Closure

Our intention is to remain open at all times, provided that I can guarantee the safety of students, staff and visitors to the College.

However, in the event of extreme weather or other reasons for closure or part-closure, information will be published on this website, Devon County Council’s website, and broadcast through local radio (Heart, Radio Exe, BBC Radio Devon). Please do not rely on social media for your information!

It is possible that the College will be open even if school or public transport is not operating. In this case, it will be a parental responsibility to collect students from College.
