Girls’ U15 Rugby

Devon & Cornwall Schools’ Rugby Festival –  

14 keen students from CVCC emerged the victors of a Devon-wide tournament.  They won the final beating Tavistock to take the honours in the Devon & Cornwall schools rugby contact festival. In reaching the championship stage at the Tavistock event the under-15’s played 7 games against sides including KEVICC, Exmouth Community College and Ivybridge Community College.  All the girls were presented with individual medals to mark their success. Lucy Bourne commented “beating Tavistock was a really great win, especially as there were all of the Tavistock students watching at lunchtime!”
