Snow’s Over….

Following Tuesday’s blizzard conditions (see below) Wednesday proved to be a glorious day.  The photo below shows our Year 12 Geographers sketching the corrie at Easedale tarn.

The snow may have missed our part of Devon last month, but our Year 12 Geographers found quite a lot of it on the first day of their fieldwork visit to Blencathra in the Lake District. Despite the cold the party, led by Mrs Grigg and Miss Keaney, are working positively and well. In case you are not aware, they are studying……glaciation!
