Downing College Trip

On 23rd June eight of our Year 12 students set off to Cambridge University. They had won places to stay at Downing College, Cambridge where they met current students (including our own former students Tom Chudley and Joey Reiness), and obtained first-hand information on the application process for both Oxford and Cambridge Universities. Our students enjoyed the wonderful hospitality offered by Downing College, and both the food and the punting on the river Cam came in for high praise.   

Clyst Vale students involved in this trip were Lucy Bourne, Shannon Reiness, Abi Bunkum, Ellie Self, Robin Hannaford, Max Branson, Rory Davis and James Royle.
