Student Physicist of the Year Success
On 29th June I received a Student Physicist of the Year Award at Exeter University.
The evening began with undergraduates and postgraduates doing Physics demonstrations, including a fascinating demo on surface tension involving balloons. Then there was a lecture by Dr Mayne about habitable extrasolar planets.
The awards were issued by Dr Alice Mills and the head of the Ogden Trust.
I really enjoyed the evening and it was rewarding to have my efforts recognised!
