Holocaust Memorial Day
On Holocaust memorial day our Year 9 History students were asked to produce a memorial to the victims. We had some superb written work and some excellent artwork. All the students have worked hard and produced work demonstrating sensitivity and understanding.
Lady Milena Grenfell-Baines (who was rescued as a child from Prague in 1939) has very kindly accepted my invitation to speak to all of our Year 9 students. She will be able to see all of the students’ work in March.
The students whose work I have photographed include Harriet Cheeseman, Jasmine Daniels, Mattie Horwill, Charlie Slee, Daniel Madams, Barnaby Bilton, Harry Quinton, Eve Rowden, Will Knight and Aaron Young
