Year 7 Church Visit

As part of the Year 7 Humanities course, students have been visiting Broadclyst Parish Church (thanks to Revd Partridge!).  The focus of learning has been on the key features inside the church, and their purpose.  Broadclyst Church, like all churches, has its own unique features, including an unusual war memorial plaque and an interesting pair of doors in the wall connected by a now-collapsed staircase…..The students have been very enthusiastic in asking questions, respectful in their attitude, and very sensible during the brisk walk down and back!
